In this piece, The Resurrection, a stoic hunter stands atop a tree stump witnessing the mysterious resurrection of a grand, white buck. Musicians on fiddle and horn mark the importance of this extraordinary occasion as the buck, standing nobly on the rubble of the past and amongst the destruction of the present, emerges into the rebirth and regeneration of a new life.
